Our Process

Below are the 4 steps you will be guided through prior to your first contact/changeover supervision. 

1. Initial Contact is made to discuss our services.

2. Initial Form is sent to both parties. Once filled, you return this to Sydney SCW attached with your court orders/agreements. 

3. The service agreement form is adjusted to reflect your court/agreement orders and then sent to you for signing.  A profile of your designated worker is attached to your Service Agreement. This will highlight their qualification, experience and a bit about themselves.

4. All forms are checked and filed. Confirmation emails are sent to both parties.
