Process

Separation can be a stressful and emotional experience to all the members of the family, with the children as the most vulnerable. Here at Sydney Supervised Contact Worker, we aim to shield the children from the negative impact of this challenging situation. As much as possible, we want to help make the process easy for you, with your child's best interest as a priority. The steps below will guide you before your first contact/changeover supervision.

We will also run through the service request from, which collects all the information about the child/children.

Bookings

We encourage you to call us to discuss the day, time and frequency of your supervision. This will allow us to best suit your needs and try our best to organise a designated staff for you. All contacts are held in a public space to enable changeover/supervision to occur in a natural environment (unless court papers/agreement papers suggest otherwise).

Cancellations

We require cancellations to occur at least 48 hours before supervision. Please refer to our service agreement in regards to our cancellation policy.
